Sheriff Patten gives credit to his jail staff for being more diligent in the day to day operations. There has been changes in procedure and it has made a difference in the amount of contraband that has been discovered in the jail and before it makes it into the jail. The safety of our jailers and inmates is always a concern and we want to do everything we can to keep everyone safe.
